The Next Frame (TNF) is Registered under the MSME Act, 2006. As per Government Guidelines:
All payments due to us for completed and delivered work must be cleared within 45 days from the date of invoice (as mandated under the MSME Development Act, 2006).
In the event of non-payment or delay beyond the prescribed period, we reserve the right to charge interest as per Section 16 of the MSME Act.
Disputes, if any, will be handled under the provisions of the MSME Facilitation Council, which ensures timely redressal of payment issues for MSMEs.
